Review Policy
These policies apply to leaving a review and/or photo/video review of a product.
Only verified customer reviews will be published. Reviews from non-customers who did not purchase the product through The Autistic Innovator will not be approved.
What is not allowed in reviews (both positive and negative):
- Issues related to shipping delays or not receiving an item by a preferred delivery date
- Ordering issues
- Missing items in an order
- Reviews about customer service issues only
- Reviews solely about the store and no review of the product
- Reviews related to the return policy and an item being eligible or ineligible for a free return and/or refund
- Reviews submitted before the product is delivered
- Stating where to find the items elsewhere at a lower price (ex: "Found this item for $5 less at another store.")
- No personally identifying information of the customer (ex: full name with first and last name, contact information, etc.)
What is allowed in reviews (both positive and negative):
- Written reviews about the product
- Photos of the product
- Videos of the product
Reviews are an integral part of the customer experience at The Autistic Innovator. Reviews should be helpful and based on your personal experiences with the products you are reviewing.
