This pendant was personally designed with love by Ashley Lauren Spencer at The Autistic Innovator to offer a satisfying, durable experience specifically for hard chewers. There is a great need in our autistic & neurodivergent community for chewelry durable enough for even the hardest of chewers. I did my absolute best to create that needed solution.

I can't promise indestructibility, because silicone can only last so long, but I designed this Heart Chew Necklace to last as long as silicone can last.

Made of silicone, this necklace offers a firm yet flexible resistance when you bite down. Its thin pendant design makes it comfortable and less cumbersome than thicker chewelry.

• Extreme Stress Test: I sent this Heart Chew Necklace to someone who is the hardest of chewers to see exactly how long this pendant could last under the strongest bite force. I asked her to aggressively abuse test it to see exactly how long it can last with a self-described "jaw of a pitbull." She has a blog and wrote about her experiences testing this Heart Chew Necklace. I did not request the blog post, as I only wanted to make sure my personally engineered chew pendant design could hold up to the strongest of chewers I designed it for. After 3 days of aggressive testing, the pendant looks like it was never chewed on.
