Shopify took away my duties prepaid shipping when I left their program that added VAT/GST taxes you don't need to pay into the prices.

Per the Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand governments I do not meet the revenue threshold for registration to collect taxes, so you can only buy tax and duty free.

DDU (duties unpaid) is the only option for shipping to you. If there are duties, you will have to pay those on delivery.

Shipping takes a bit longer now, but the shipping price is much cheaper than it used to be.

With the shipping cost lowered by a lot, I was finally able to lower the free shipping order minimums now that it is tax-free and cheaper shipping.

I'm only required to collect sales tax in Texas, since that is where The Autistic Innovator is located. The remaining US states are automatically sales tax free.

If your organization is located in the remaining 49 states, you won't need to go through the extra steps to get a sales tax exemption since it is already sales tax free.

The Autistic Innovator ships within the US and to the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping depends on package weight and destination, and the postage cost may increase the heavier the order weight.

USA shipping is USPS and starts at $4, most commonly $5.**

**USPS decided they liked the holiday surcharge rates during Christmas, so now the holiday surcharge rates are permanent.

UK shipping starts at £10.

Canada shipping starts at $14 CAD

Australia shipping starts at $20 AUD.

New Zealand shipping starts at $23 NZD.

How long it takes depends on how far away the shipping address is from Texas.

Orders can take around:

USA: 3 to 5 postal days to arrive**

**USPS delivers in 3 to 5 days even with Priority Mail & above, so to save you money Ground Advantage is the only option.

UK: 14 to 20 days

Canada: 7 to 14 days

Orders have a same day to 2 day handling time.

I drop off orders on Weekdays and Saturdays.

Orders placed by 10:30am CT on Saturday should ship same day. After this time weekend orders ship on Monday or Tuesday.

In some rare cases orders can take up to 3 days to ship if there is unsafe weather for traveling to the post office via power wheelchair and bus, or unexpected circumstances that may cause a delay.

I only print the shipping label right before I go to the post office to drop off your order, so you can know for sure your order shipped.

The post office typically scans packages at night the day your package is dropped off, and it goes into transit 2 hours later. Occasionally they miss putting a package in their scanner machine and it gets scanned the next day.

You can track your order via the store website autisticinnovator.com. If you entered an email at checkout, you will receive an email with a direct link to your tracking page.

If you entered a phone number at checkout, you should receive a text message when your order is on its way to the post office, out for delivery, and delivered. Each text message has a link to your USPS or DHL tracking. Your phone number will never be used for marketing.

You can also track via the Shop app. You are not required to download the Shop app to track your order.

The best place to start with finding the right stim toy for you is figuring out your natural stims and getting stim products that help you with the stims you already do. For example, if you chew on objects and clothing, chew necklaces could be a good fit for you.

If you prefer the feel of certain materials, like metal, silicone, or fabric, you can filter for those products under the featured section in the Fidget Toys collection and it will show you all that matches your preference.

There are several quiet fidget toys. The easiest way to find the quiet fidgets is to use the filters on the Fidget Toys collection and check the box for "quiet". It will show you only the fidgets that are quiet to use.

There are several fidget toys that make a click or clack sound when you fidget with them. The easiest way to find these fidgets is to use the filters in the Fidget Toys collection > check the box for "clicky" and it will show you all fidgets that make the satisfying clicky sound.

To measure your ring size, get a string or strip of paper and place it around your finger. Mark each end where the string and/or paper strip ends touch around your finger. Measure the distance between each marked end with a measuring tape or ruler.

You can find your ring size on the international ring size chart, along with photos on the chart showing how to measure your ring size.

The rings available in the store are true to US standard ring sizes.

CHOKING HAZARD WARNING: None of the products in this store are made for young children 5 years old and younger. All fidgets with small parts, small fidgets, and chew necklaces are a choking risk.

Get a bowl of warm water, pour in some dish soap, and soak the spinner ring in the bowl with the warm water and dish soap for about 10 minutes to clean it. Let soak for 20 to 30 minutes in hot water and dish soap if it's stuck. Spin the spinner for a few seconds to loosen it up. Dry the ring off with a towel or paper towel when done.

I highly recommend not using oil or chemicals on spinner rings, as this will just make the spinner more rigid and cause build-up inside the ring. Hot water and some good dish soap should be enough.

Washing a plushie is easy. Get an oversized mesh wash bag and put your plushie inside the wash bag. Add it to the washing machine, add your laundry pod, and wash your plushie on delicate. Do not put it in the dryer. Lay it out flat to air dry.

I recommend using fragrance-free laundry detergent to avoid the scented smells on your plushie.

Washing the handmade Stress Mellow Squishy and Mini Weighted Frog Plush in the washing machine is not recommended, as they are more delicate. However, the Fox Plush and the Raccoon Plush are safe to wash using these directions.

I accept returns for items damaged upon arrival. You may also exchange an unopen unused product for a different color, store credit, or comparable priced item. The item must be shipped back to me at your own expense. Please send a photo of the packaged unused item, or damaged item, to shop@autisticinnovator.com to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Rings are eligible for size exchanges. Rings you wish to exchange must be unworn and in its original packaging. The ring you wish to exchange needs to be shipped to me at your own expense.

Clothing and printed books are custom made for you when you order, so it is not possible to exchange them for another size.
